01 — Features

What EasyFlow does for you

Built around real e-conomic workflows we got tired of seeing done by email and spreadsheets.

Invoice approval that doesn't live in your inbox

Invoices land in EasyFlow, the right people get notified, they approve from anywhere — phone included — and the approved invoice goes straight back to e-conomic. No forwarded PDFs, no "did you approve this yet?" emails.

Approval rules that match how your team actually works

Set up approval routes per supplier, amount, project, or department. Delegation when someone's on holiday. Escalation when an invoice has been sitting too long. The boring stuff, but done properly.

Built directly on e-conomic

No double bookkeeping. EasyFlow reads suppliers, accounts, and dimensions straight from your e-conomic agreement and writes the approved invoice back. You stay in e-conomic for everything else.

Hosted in Europe, GDPR by default

Runs on Azure in EU datacenters. Single sign-on through Microsoft 365. We sign a data processing agreement and take it seriously.

Predictable monthly subscription

A flat monthly fee based on how big your team is. No per-invoice charges, no surprise overage bills, no contract that auto-renews for three years.

See it in action

The fastest way to figure out if EasyFlow fits your setup is to spend 20 minutes on a call with us. We'll walk you through a real invoice flow on your own e-conomic data — no PowerPoint.

02 — Custom work

Need something custom? We also do consulting

Sometimes a subscription app isn't the right tool — you need a tweak, an integration, or just a developer for a few weeks. That's the other half of what we do.

Short contracts, defined scope

Before anything starts we agree on what we're doing, what we're not, and the rate. One or two pages — enough to keep us both honest.

Honest hourly billing

We track hours and tell you how many we've spent. If something's going to take longer than expected, you hear it from us before the invoice does.

What we're strongest at

Angular front ends. Java back ends. Microsoft 365 and Graph API. e-conomic integration. Azure hosting. The kind of things that make business systems talk to each other.

Remote by default, on-site when needed

Most work happens remotely from Køge. For workshops or kick-offs we'll come to you.

03 — Process

How an engagement usually goes

No surprises. Here's what working with us on a consulting project typically looks like.

  1. 1You tell us what you need.A phone call or a meeting — what's the problem, what's the deadline, what's the constraint.
  2. 2We send a short proposal.Scope, approach, estimated hours, hourly rate. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you.
  3. 3We do the work and stay in touch.Weekly status, more often if things move fast. No black box.
  4. 4We invoice what we actually used.Monthly, with a breakdown. No padding, no "miscellaneous".
