Sigma-Tau ApS · Køge

Web apps you can subscribe to —and a developer you can hire.

We're a small Danish IT company in Køge. We build and run a handful of subscription web apps (mostly for finance teams using e-conomic), and we take on consultancy projects when the work fits.

01 — What we do

What we work on

We're generalists by necessity, but most of our work falls into a few familiar areas.

Subscription web apps

Our EasyFlow app — invoice approval for e-conomic. Pay a monthly fee, log in, use it. We host and maintain it.

EasyFlowe-conomicSaaS

Custom development

Internal tools, dashboards, small line-of-business apps. Usually Angular on the front, Java or Node on the back, hosted on Azure.

System integration

Getting your accounting system, ERP, Microsoft 365 and that one legacy database to actually talk to each other without daily breakage.

Consulting & second opinions

Architecture reviews, code audits, or just a few hours of "how would you approach this?" — by the hour, on contract.

02 — EasyFlow

From pile to posted.

Invoices land in EasyFlow from email, e-Boks, upload or the phone camera. They are read, coded and approved — and the approved invoice goes straight back to e-conomic.

03 — Consulting

How consultancy works with us

No big retainer, no surprise invoices. You hire us for a defined piece of work, we do it, you pay for the hours we used. Here's roughly how we set it up.

A short contract first

Before anything starts we write down what we're doing, what's in scope, what isn't, and the rate. One or two pages — enough to keep us both honest.

Hours, not estimates pretending to be prices

We track hours and tell you how many we've spent. If something is going to take longer than we thought, you hear it from us before the invoice does.

Your data stays your data

We're GDPR-compliant and sign a data processing agreement when it's relevant. We don't reuse your code or data on other projects.

Remote by default, on-site when needed

Most work happens remotely from Køge. If you want us in the room for a workshop or a kickoff, we'll come.

A typical engagement

  1. 1You tell us what you need.A phone call or a meeting — what's the problem, what's the deadline, what's the constraint.
  2. 2We send a short proposal.Scope, approach, estimated hours, hourly rate. If it doesn't fit, we say so.
  3. 3We do the work and stay in touch.Weekly status, or more often if things are moving fast. You always know where we are.
  4. 4We invoice what we used.Monthly, with a breakdown. No padding, no "miscellaneous".

04 — Strengths

Where we're strongest

We've spent a lot of years on these areas in particular.

Finance & accounting integrations — e-conomic above all, plus the usual suspects (invoice flows, exports to other ERP systems).

Microsoft 365 & identity — single sign-on, Graph API, Teams apps. The kind of integration that's tedious to get right the first time.

Web app plumbing — Angular front ends, Java back ends, REST APIs, Azure hosting. Boring, dependable, well-tested.
